Nutrition Counseling
Ty teaches you the basic building blocks of a healthy and nutritional diet. Learn how to apply to your daily routine and how to stay on track.

Reformer and Mat Pilates Classes
Dramatically improve flexibility, posture and core strength through the guided movements and postures of Pilates.

Silver Fox Boot Camp
The ultimate workout challenge for older adults. This class challenges you while addressing specific concerns of joint mobility, injuries and limitations without sacrificing fun. Classes are every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 7am.

Boot Camp
This class runs in six to eight week sessions and meets three times per week. This is a high endurance, high energy class full of drills, challenges and circuits geared towards increasing one’s stamina and weight loss. Ty teams up with Master Sargent, Martha Schimmle to get you into your best shape ever! Classes are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:45am.

Spinning
Experience a different ride each class with Ty when she teaches the indoor cycling class full of drills, terrain changes and a variety of intervals. Class is every Tuesday at 5:30pm.

Kettle Bells
Ty will take your training to a whole new level with this intense power-training tool. Kettle bells are the best way to increase power, endurance and strength while using momentum and ground force reaction to perform functional every day movements. During one ½ hour session, a person can burn more than 350 calories; the equivalent to one hour on the elliptical machine. Classes are every Tuesday and Saturday at 8:00am.

Muscle Works
Total body sculpting and toning utilizing equipment to increase muscle tone and definition. Class is every Tuesday at 8:30am. Hydrofit – Aquasize Ty brings the weight room into the water with an excellent overall body workout great for toning, strengthening and building a strong cardiovascular system.
